I've spent 20 years building software at the intersection of electronics, data, and operations — from flight control systems at Boeing to embedded and industrial platforms at Bustec, where I'm now CTO. Most of that work has been invisible: reliable, precise, and far from the public eye.

Over the last two years I've been running systematic experiments with AI and LLMs — applied to real engineering problems, not demos. What actually works, where the models break, and what the gap between a prototype and a production system really looks like.

This site is where I make that work public. Lab experiments, tools, and honest writing about what I'm learning. If you're building at the edge of AI and industrial systems, we're probably thinking about the same problems.
